Referrals
At Alliant we accept referrals from different sources and value your professional referral. We know the importance of having a strong network of recovery support and appreciate the relationships we have with all the professionals who refer clients to us as our goal is to see that the clients succeed in their recovery journey.
Referrals are accepted from family members, physicians, clergy, courts, and hospitals.
Walk-ins are welcome

SHAKER HEIGHTS, OHIO
The Shaker Heights location for Alliant is situated on Lee Road just below Highway 422 with a nearby shopping complex and both bus and L-Line. Trolley stops nearby.
EUCLID, OHIO
The Euclid, Ohio location is our new outpatient rehab center with supportive housing located right next to Wickford Rd with ample public transportation options including several bus stops along the main road.
