Our Programs and Services

Alliant offers intensive outpatient program (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), Focused Group, Individualized Treatment Plans, Aftercare, and specialized group therapies. Our treatment plans are designed to ensure long term recovery.

 

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

PHP is designed for patients whose addiction is not entirely out of control and has not been going on for a long time.

 

Intensive Outpatient Program

Our evidence-based IOP is effective for those in recovery from addiction, and any associated mental health issues.

 

Addiction and Mental Health Counseling

Our clients learn more about their disease and the process of recovery through individual counseling and group sessions facilitated by licensed counselors. Alliant counselors offer individual counseling services to support each client through their recovery process. Counselors meet regularly with clients individually to discuss and monitor treatment progress

 

Group Counseling: Alliant offers evidence-based outpatient group therapy to stabilize and enhance the recovery efforts of all program clients.  Counselors strive to maintain small group sizes and low client-to-counselor ratios, which encourages personal attention.

 

Peer Support Services

Certified peer support staff are individuals who had direct lived experience with behavioral health challenges. They have been successful in their recovery process and are able to help others experiencing similar situations. It also includes people who has navigated services on behalf of an individual with behavioral health challenges. Certified peer staff are trained and certified in using their lived experience to help others impacted by mental illness or substance use disorders. 

 

Social Support

Each client is offered case management services, transportation assistance, and help with housing. We provide solutions to achieve stability which allow clients to focus solely on their recovery while in treatment. A big part of recovery is cleaning up the mistakes of the past.

 

Job Placement Assistance

Job training and employment assistance is provided to clients who successfully complete the program to enable them become productive members of the society.

 

Recovery Housing Assistance

Alliant offers all of our outpatients who currently do not have living arrangements, have no current employment, or are struggling with issues with food, shelter, clothing and hygiene a place to stay while we help you with your journey towards recovery. With our Euclid location offering multiple floors of shared and supportive housing, job training and employment assistance are offered on-site and daily transportation and peer support visiting the sober living residence, your recovery can be made as smooth and easy as possible. The housing depends on availability and is provided on a first-come, first-served bases. (216) 417-6166-Residential Program

 

Transportation Assistance

Transportation assistance is provided to clients from the Sober Living residence to treatment locations or to doctor’s appointment.

 

TeleMed Appointments

Alliant offers TeleMed/Telehealth services for the convenience of clients, where the psychiatrists serve clients remotely.

 

Court-Ordered Substance Abuse Treatment

Courts may order addiction treatment when someone is in the criminal justice system. If the person has been accused of a nonviolent crime and the judge feels that substance abuse or addiction played a role in the commission of that crime, they may be able to order rehab treatment to replace some or all jail time. Successfully completing court-ordered rehab is actually more easier than you might think. While some might not have come to treatment voluntarily, they often have a desire to become sober for the sake of a life without drugs or alcohol.
